U11 Lockdown weekly training

The Under 11’s have not let iso life slow them down. Their super coach Fitty and his helpers have put together weekly training videos to keep the boys active and working on their skills. Have a look at their fun session from last week.

Footy Golf ⛳️
Washing basket =par3
Large bucket =par4
Small bucket =par5

Stand 15-20 meters away from “holes” on the tee, kick or handball the footy until its in the hole.

You take the next shot from where your ball stops.

Write down how many possessions it took to get the footy in the hole and mark it down on your score card.

Play 9 or 18 holes as many times as you like.

Warm up: 20meters
Run throughs, up and back
High knees, up and back
Heal flicks, up and back
Side to side, up and back
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 leg swings each leg
